MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By opting in to receive text messages from Tomchei Shabbos of Lakewood, you agree to the following terms:
- 1. MESSAGE CONTENT: You will receive informational messages regarding pickup times, locations, and occasional organizational updates from Tomchei Shabbos of Lakewood.
- 2. MESSAGE FREQUENCY: Standard message frequency is approximately 2-4 messages per day.
- 3. CHARGES: Message and data rates may apply. Tomchei Shabbos of Lakewood does not charge for text messages, but carrier message and data rates may apply to any messages you send or receive.
- 4. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. After you submit your request to opt out, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us.
- 5. HELP INSTRUCTIONS: For additional information, reply with the word "HELP" to any message, or contact us at tsender@tomchei.org or 732-905-7136 ext 311.
- 6. SUPPORTED CARRIERS: Our text messages are supported by most major carriers. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to all mobile phone numbers.
- 7. PRIVACY: Your information will be used only for the purpose of sending you text messages from Tomchei Shabbos of Lakewood. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
- 8. CHANGES TO TERMS: We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to receive our messages, you accept any changes to these terms.
